Dedicated to single exposure captures of falling leaves, depicting their in-flight movements. It was inspired by an earlier shoot, where I tried panning to capture leaves, in focus, as they were falling from trees. Most shots came out blurry, but a few resulted in an aesthetic that was quite intriguing. I followed up by creating an indoor studio for falling leaves against a black background, and the results were stunning. The descent of each leaf produced images that were vibrant, colorful, energetic and enigmatic. No two images are alike and each takes on a life of its own. Available as 8 x 10" prints, matted or loose. Please inquire about different sizes, as customization is available.
